Innovative Refrigeration Systems is proud to launch our STAR program! This program focuses on Skills Training, Advancement, and Reviews. It guides each employee on a path toward his or her goals while moving the company forward through increasingly enriched talent. Our employees can easily access STAR and their status in the program on our company-wide eIntranet site at any time under the STAR tab. It allows our employees to set clear goals with their managers on what to accomplish and to see what is expected of them in their current level and in future levels. It also allows them to drive their own success through effective completion of tasks, certifications, and incident-free working days. After being implemented in your department, this program will be used when determining pay increases and promotions. At Innovative, we want all of our employees to be STARs!
At Innovative Refrigeration Systems, we value the importance of every new employee starting off on the right foot. This is why our Mentoring Program is very exciting for us! Each new employee is paired up with a mentor before they even start. Our main objective for the mentoring program is to help our new hires acclimate to Innovative’s culture more easily and seamlessly, to provide a resource in addition to teammates and managers to go to with feedback, suggestions, questions, or general advice and to show our commitment to helping each employee at Innovative feel appreciated and valued so that they feel as committed to our success and growth as a company.
