Part-Time Service Technician

Job Role: A Part-Time Service Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, & support of industrial refrigeration equipment for our valued customers. A working knowledge of commercial & industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is required to be successful in this role.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, about 14 hours per week
Pay: Starting at $25/hour, dependent on experience
Key Duties:
· Conduct routine daily, weekly, and monthly mechanical integrity inspections at client facilities.
· Regularly report inspection findings to the Service Manager.
· Accurately input inspection results into the system using a computer.
· Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
· Must be a high school graduate or have attained a GED, HVAC tech school preferred
· Universal EPA certification OR ability to obtain
· Company is a tobacco-free workplace and, as such, no tobacco products are allowed during the workday on the job site(s).
· The position requires a pre-employment drug screening, felony screening, and motor vehicle record screening
· Excellent physical condition as you will be required to climb ladders and occasional heavy lifting.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
· Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods of time.
· Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise).
· Must have the physical stamina to perform repetitive motions and remain on feet for most of the shift.
