Job Role: The Marketing Intern will assist with social media management and customer outreach initiatives for multiple business units. This position involves creating engaging digital content, interacting with customers, and supporting overall marketing strategies to enhance our company’s visibility and engagement.

Key Duties:

• Create engaging content tailored for social media platforms including posts, stories, and email campaigns.
• Interact with customers on social media platforms to foster engagement and respond to inquiries.
• Support maintenance and updates of the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and customer interactions.
• Contribute to marketing planning meetings with creative ideas.
• Assist with promotional activities for training events and programs.
• Perform marketing administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or related program.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferences:

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Graphic design or video editing experience.
• Previous marketing or related internship experience.
