Manufacturing Engineer

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is a premier custom design build contractor for industrial refrigeration systems, providing design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and service in-house.

The Manufacturing Engineer will work in our fabricating/manufacturing facility leading continuous improvement. This is a developmental role that will include project engineering, quality control/inspection/investigation, shop scheduling and material management, progressing into increasing responsibility, leadership and complexity. The role will support the VP of Manufacturing and Director of Quality. This role will be involved in all aspects of mechanical and electrical fabrication for a refrigeration system equipment packages.  This position has excellent growth potential including various leadership roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (similar degrees such as BSME, BSMET, BSEE will be considered)
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Leadership experience

Preferences

• Experience in a manufacturing/fabrication/production environment
• Experience refrigeration, hvac, or process piping
• Experience with shop scheduling
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
