Training Course Overview:

The candidate will travel to our manufacturing facility for the first 8 weeks to work closely with our shop team for hands-on, detail focused training. This time period will be used to gauge your work ethic and motivation. The remaining 8 weeks of training will be completed in the field by an insulation foreman/leadman to train skills. These skills include but not limited to: cutting, fitting, and installing pipe insulation, rigging, painting, grinding, carpentry, and other general laborer work as required. The more you learn about our production processes, the more valuable you are to our team! Once you have proven you are able to master all other aspects of the job over the 16-week program, you will be signed off to work with our traveling construction team on a 10 day on, 4-day off schedule. Due to training constraints, we will only hire 2-3 trainees at any given time to not overburden the foremen. This program will require flexibility on timing for the candidates, below outline is an outline and not the 100% rule. Schedule will largely depend on work available during their time in the program. Apprentices will begin reporting directly to their foreman upon completion of onboarding. All raises will be based upon personal merit and work ethic.

Please note: This is not a traditional training school. This is a boot-camp-like program that will prepare you to work in the industrial insulation field. This is a compressed, intense, fast-paced and challenging training course. You will not be insulating for the entire duration of this program. Other work is required in addition to insulation.
