We are currently hiring Experienced Assemblers who thrive in a hands-on environment. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a background in construction or manufacturing. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to high-quality system production.
Experience Required: 5+ years in a hands-on mechanical, construction, or manufacturing role
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift
Key Duties:
- Assemble penthouse units according to detailed specifications and instructions.
- Rigging equipment
- Read and interpret tape measures accurately.
- Safely operating a fork truck
- Use hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components.
- Grinding, sanding
- Painting
- Pipe insulation
- Maintaining good housekeeping & safety regulations on the shop floor
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic measurements & how to read a tape measure
- 5 Years of Construction/manufacturing experience
- Able to pass a motor vehicle check
- Regular attendance and punctuality at assigned times is required
- Good mechanical ability, reasoning and problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic
- Must be willing to work some Saturday shifts and be open to overtime
- This position is a safety sensitive position and will require pre-employment and regular drug testing
