We are currently hiring Experienced Assemblers who thrive in a hands-on environment. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a background in construction or manufacturing. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to high-quality system production.

Experience Required: 5+ years in a hands-on mechanical, construction, or manufacturing role

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift

Key Duties:

  • Assemble penthouse units according to detailed specifications and instructions.
  • Rigging equipment
  • Read and interpret tape measures accurately.
  • Safely operating a fork truck
  • Use hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components.
  • Grinding, sanding
  • Painting
  • Pipe insulation
  • Maintaining good housekeeping & safety regulations on the shop floor
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic measurements & how to read a tape measure
  • 5 Years of Construction/manufacturing experience
  • Able to pass a motor vehicle check
  • Regular attendance and punctuality at assigned times is required
  • Good mechanical ability, reasoning and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be willing to work some Saturday shifts and be open to overtime
  • This position is a safety sensitive position and will require pre-employment and regular drug testing
