What You'll Do:

  • Ensure facilities comply with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP) standards

  • Develop and implement safety systems in collaboration with engineering and operations teams

  • Audit existing site-wide programs and maintain clear, accurate documentation

  • Lead Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) sessions and manage follow-up actions

  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions

  • Participate in company-wide process safety teams to standardize practices across sites

  • Set and track program goals, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Travel nationwide to support facilities (approximately one week per month)

  • Work toward a future leadership role in the PSM/PMP program based on performance
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a PSM-regulated facility

  • Strong knowledge of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)

  • Ability to communicate clearly and lead cross-functional safety initiatives

  • Comfort interpreting complex regulations and ensuring practical application

  • Excellent documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to travel for overnight work at least one week per month
