Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. Innovative
leads the nation as a thought leader in the Industrial Refrigeration market with world-class cold storage solutions in
multiple industries but most notably food and beverage. As a member of our software team, you would be working in a
startup environment building enterprise SaaS safety and sustainability solutions for global companies.

Key Duties:
- Design, develop, test, and ship mission-critical features across our stack
- Mentor and coach junior software engineers and be accountable for their success
- Make impactful contributions to our platform, team, and work environment.
- Write automated integration tests and foster our testing culture
- Craft well-designed software and user experiences from front-end to API logic.
- Be a member of the team and lead by example
Requirements:
- 3+ years prior software engineering experience in a capable back-end programming language.
- Proven track record deploying features to RESTful API's, and/or web and mobile applications.
- Fluent in modern Javascript with experience in a framework such as Vue, React, or similar.
- Experience with mobile-first, responsive design, and modern CSS frameworks preferred.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, relational databases, and API design.
- Experience with PHP and/or frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony a plus.
- Experience with front-end build processes and other tooling such as Webpack or Vite a plus.
- Experience building native mobile applications or NativeScript a plus.
