Software Engineer - Mobile
Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-stack mobile developer to join our software development team. This role is ideal for a software engineer proficient with React Native and interested in building mobile products for the enterprise construction and service industries.

Job Role:
The full-stack mobile developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that support our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and internal tooling. This role includes enhancing existing applications and building new customer-facing mobile products while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Key Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing SaaS mobile applications for iOS/Android
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver new features and improvements
- Debug, optimize, and support mobile applications in production environments
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to design and architectural decisions
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Take ownership of assigned features and drive successful delivery end-to-end
Requirements:
- Professional experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Proficiency with React Native
- Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs and backend services
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Preferences:
- Experience building enterprise grade applications
- Experience with Swift and/or Kotlin
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
- Familiarity with modern mobile development best practices and tooling
