SafetyAmp is looking for a high-performing, self-starting Account Executive with deep experience in B2B SaaS sales and a background in EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety). This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment and excels at sourcing and closing new business with minimal inbound support.

Job Role: The Account Executive will be a key member of our team, instrumental in scaling our products, opening new accounts, addressing their unique needs, and driving high customer satisfaction.

 

Key Duties:

  • Prospect, qualify, demo, and close deals on SaaS products
  • Identify sales opportunities based on research and strategic reach-outs, expanding our presence within the industry
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients, from initial contact to close of sale.
  • Work closely with Director and/or C-Suite decision makers to finalize product deals and drive new ARR
  • Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and our services
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts including email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach to target decision-makers in the EHS space
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Must-have: Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of self-sourced deals
  • Preferred: Prior experience selling into the EHSQ space (Safety, Compliance, Risk, or related software)
  • Ability to identify, engage, and close Director and C-level buyers in mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • Strong demo and presentation skills via Zoom, Teams, or other video platforms
  • CRM proficiency required (Hubspot or Salesforce preferred)
